Annual Day.

On 9th August 2019, the students of St. Agnes’ High school celebrated their Annual Day Function with great enthusiasm and zeal. A grand stage with professional light system had been set up. The celebration was possible due to the relentless effort of our Principal, Sr. Flory.

Ms. Priyanka Tanwar, an ex-student and the director of the movie, “The Little Violet Blossoms” was the chief guest. In her speech she emphasized on how one should always be loyal and dedicated and keep the banner of the school flying high.

The event began with the lamp lighting ceremony by Sr. Flory and Ms. Priyanka, which was followed by the prayer dance.

The theme for the Annual Day, “Strike A Spark Today And Watch The Glow Tomorrow” was presented meticulously by the students of class V to X. The journey showcased the creation of God through a fashion show. The School Annual Report highlighted the milestone achieved during the last academic year. This was followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony. The audience was impressed by the performance of the students through the skit, which portrayed the evils that exist in the world and how man due to his greed has destroyed this world, but there is also goodness that exists in each one of us, and we are instrumental in bringing about a change by igniting the spark that exists in each of us and being a glow of peace, love and forgiveness.

A medley of dances was incorporated in the skit. Finally, the Vote of Thanks was delivered by our Principal. This was followed by the School Anthem.

Truly a memorable day for all Agnesians.
