Maharashtra Day and Labour Day was celebrated on 1st May in St Agnes’ High School. The flag was hoisted as a mark of respect to our State followed by a short prayer service. One of the Students presented a speech on the formation of the state of Maharashtra. There was also a dance performance which depicted the culture of our state.
The chief guest Mr Andrew Gonsalves our very own PT master who celebrates 25 years of service to the School was presented with a small token of appreciation. In his address to the students he stressed the need to be faithful and patriotic to our state and country. 
              With this the programme ended on a joyful note.
