United We Stand, Divided We Fall.
The 71st Republic Day was celebrated in all its solemnity and grandeur on 26th January 2020 on the school ground.
The event began with reciting of the Preamble, followed by the hoisting of the National Flag by our Chief guest, Mrs. Michelle Fereira, our Silver Jubilarian.
Later the National Anthem was sung and the Pledge taken to remind us of our responsibilities towards our country. The school echoed with patriotic fervour as the students of Std: V conducted a meaningful prayer service.
The message, “United we stand, divided we fall” was aptly brought out through a mime. The children danced to the tunes of patriotic songs.
The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity and brotherhood.
