Promoting Health and Hygiene: BMC Medical Camp in School.
A health and medical check-up for students of Std. 5 to 8 was conducted on 1st August by the BMC Health Department, with the support of PTA members. A team of doctors carried out general health examinations.
As part of the, the BMC officials also gave a live demonstration on mosquito breeding, showing how stagnant water can lead to the spread of diseases like dengue and malaria. Students observed how mosquito larvae develop and were reminded of the importance of keeping their surroundings clean.
The event was well-coordinated and helped create awareness about both personal health and environmental hygiene.
