Feast of St. Claudine Thévenet.

The feast of St. Claudine Thévenet was celebrated with reverence and joy on 2nd February 2026 at 9.30 a.m. in the Senior School Hall by the students of Std. VI. The celebration blossomed with a meaningful prayer service, filling the hall with a spirit of gratitude and reflection. This was followed by a video presentation that beautifully unfolded the inspiring life and loving mission of St. Claudine Thévenet.

The programme was further adorned with two graceful and expressive dances titled “Little Violet Blossom” and “Great and Glorious Claudine,” which vividly portrayed her simplicity, courage, and boundless love for the young and the needy. The celebration concluded on a joyful and melodious note as the Student Council extended their heartfelt wishes to Sister through the song “Happy Feast Day.”

Later, the staff, students, and the Sisters of Jesus and Mary Convent, Clare Road, gathered to celebrate the Holy Mass on the occasion of the feast of St. Claudine. The Mass was solemnly celebrated by ____ with deep devotion and thanksgiving.

This was followed by a high tea, devotional dances, meaningful skits, and other joyful festivities. Sr. Diana, our Superior, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the staff for the well-organised celebration and for being co-collaborators in carrying forward the mission of St. Claudine.
