Payment Processing Fees
The following are the fees charged by the payment gateway for processing of fees. This is in addition to the fee schedule of the school. There is a further 18% GST on the transaction fee amount.
1. Credit Card : 1% of transaction value
2. Debit Card : 0.75% for transactions less than or equal to Rs.2000. For transactions greater than Rs.2000, the amount is 1%
3.Net Banking : SBI – Rs.17
4. Net Banking : ICICI and Yes Bank – Rs.12
5. Net Banking : All Others – Rs.8
6. Net Banking : HDFC and Axis Bank – 1%
UPI: Rs.12 per transaction: Rs.12
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1.0 Online Application Fee for Admission Forms
There will be no refund for any application fee processed in order to complete an application form. It is the responsibility of the application to ensure that all applications are accurately and completely filled in at the time of submitting the application. Applications will not be amended in any way after submission and there will be no refund processed for cancellation of an application.
2.0 Online Fee Payment for Course Enrollment
Applicants are required to pay the fees for the academic year once they are offered admission and prior to the review of documents. If any of the documentation presented to the institution is found to be fabricated, erroneous or otherwise inaccurate in any way, the Institute has the right to reject the application and rescind the offer of admission. In this case, the enrolment and tuition fees will be refunded per the existing guidelines of the Department of Education. There will be no transfer of fees paid to any other applicant or student.
All refunds will be processed by cheque payment only by the school and typically takes 1 month of processing time.
