Career Guidance Talk for Std 10.
On 25th November, the school organized an insightful Career Guidance Talk for the students and parents of Std 10. The speaker for the day was Ms. Shailaja Mulay, an ex-AHM of St. Michael High School.
With an impressive 48 years of experience in career counselling, Ms. Mulay expertly guided parents and students about the various career options available, tailored to individual aptitude and interests. She outlined the pre-requisites for different streams students could pursue after Std 10 and shed light on the pros and cons of various career paths.
The session was well-received, and parents expressed their gratitude to the Principal, Sr. Greenal, for organizing such an informative and meaningful event. Additionally, the school has planned an aptitude test and one-on-one counselling sessions for every child, ensuring they receive personalized guidance for their future.
As Ms. Mulay emphasized, “Guiding children towards the right career is not about choosing a path for them but empowering them to discover their own potential and passion.”
