2nd February, 2024 – Celebrating the Feast of St. Claudine with the Sisters at Clare Convent
The air was filled with joy and laughter as all the students and teachers gathered in the secondary hall for the grand celebration of St Claudine’s feast on 2nd February 2024.
Students from Std 5th to 9th assembled in the hall along with their teachers , Principal Sr.Josefina, Vice Principal Sr Greenal, and Sisters of the Community. They joined in the celebration and witnessed a spectacular programme put up by Std 6 students which depicted the values of St Claudine making our life richer in our day to day life.
The play was spiced up with enchanting dances such as `Goodness of God’ and ‘Dream big’ by our students and the music for the same was composed and sung by our Principal Sr Josefina herself.
After the finale, Sister complimented all the students and teachers for their brilliant performance and also the beautiful backdrop.
The Staff of St Agnes’ ie: the Primary section, the Middle School and the High School, the ICSE section and St. Margaret’s Training College came together once again to felicitate the Sisters of the JM Congregation, Clare road. The Sisters strive to spread the Pedogogy of Love; which was the vision of St. Claudine.
In a union of Love and Fellowship, the Eucharist was celebrated by Fr. Savio De Sales. In his homily Fr. Savio highlighted the virtue of Forgiveness and it’s ardent need to heal broken relationships in the world today.
This was followed by an Entertainment programme. On this joyous occasion the Staff wished the Sisters by cutting a cake, gifts were presented to the Sisters and warm moments of togetherness were shared over snacks.
The celebration continued the next day as well with a sumptuous Lunch sent to the Sisters.
