Cyber Safety and Child Protection Awareness Session – 30th June 2026
An informative and awareness-building session was organised for the students of Std. VI and VII by the Mumbai Cyber Police on 30th June 2026 at 11.30 a.m. in the Senior School Hall.
The resource persons educated the students on important topics such as the POCSO Act, good touch and bad touch, self-protection, cyber safety, sexual harassment, and the importance of reporting incidents to parents and teachers. Students were advised to be cautious while travelling, avoid sharing personal information or locations on social media, stay away from online gaming risks and third-party applications, and be aware of cyberbullying and online tracking.
The session also highlighted important safety measures such as sharing travel details with family members, noting vehicle numbers, being alert to suspicious objects, and seeking help through emergency helpline numbers whenever required. The interactive session equipped the students with valuable knowledge to stay safe both online and offline and encouraged them to speak up and seek help whenever necessary.
