School picnics – Making memories outdoors
A picnic is an opportunity to step outside the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with nature and with ourselves.
At the picturesque setting of ” Muso” in Parel, our annual picnic for students in grades 5 to 8 unfolded on 28th and 29th February, 2024 like a blossoming flower, each petal revealing a new adventure. As the students immersed themselves in the rhythmic melodies of music and delved into the captivating indoor activity center, they also embarked on profound journeys of discovery.
From the tranquil shores in Mumbai to sitting in a boat where they learned about the delicate balance of ecosystems and the importance of conservation, to the interactive sessions highlighting our impact on the Earth, every moment was a vibrant tapestry of learning and wonder. Amidst the laughter and camaraderie, they found themselves not just enjoying, but also cherishing the beauty of nature and the bonds of friendship, returning home with hearts full of memories and minds enriched with newfound knowledge.
Excitement and buses loaded with Exhilaration rolled out of the portals of St Agnes’ as the students of Std 10 went for a picnic on 23rd and 24th January and the students of Std 9 went for a picnic on 28th and 29th February.
