*Title: Inter-House English Dramatics – A Showcase of Talent and Thought-Provoking Themes*

The Inter-House English Dramatics competition on the 29th of August was organised by the English teachers Mrs. Josephine Jayraj  and Mrs. Olivia Gomes along with students from 5th to 7th. 

The judges were Mrs Cynthia D’souza and Miss Jenella Dias.

Our students brilliantly performed on themes of great significance in today’s world. The event was not only a platform for creative expression but also a profound learning experience for everyone involved.

– *Pressure on Children:* A powerful A portrayal of the pressures faced by children today, from academic expectations to societal demands.

– *Save the Ocean:* A compelling narrative urging the need for conservation and the protection of our oceans from pollution and exploitation.

– *Let’s Coexist:* A beautiful message emphasizing the importance of coexistence and harmony among different communities and species.

Each performance was a testament to the talent and dedication of our young actors, who not only entertained but also educated the audience with their thought-provoking presentations. The event reinforced our commitment to nurturing not just academic excellence, but also the values of empathy, creativity, and social awareness in our students.

We are immensely proud of all the participants for their hard work and the positive impact they created through their performances. The Inter-House English Dramatics competition was truly an inspiration, reminding us all of the power of theatre to convey important messages and bring about change.
